BNE Mission Statement

Here is our BNE (Byron New Energy) Mission Statement:

We have started a New Energy Group in Byron Bay, Australia called Byron New Energy Group, or BNE for short. BNE Mission Statement

To establish a not for profit humanitarian group.

The group has a goal of love and selfless service to humanity at large, of researching, developing, publishing freely in the public domain for the good of humanity at large, and manufacturing, devices that use clean renewable energy sources that supply viable alternatives to those devices that use non-environmently friendly non-renewable fuels such as nuclear and fossil fuels.

Hopefully, a number of these BNE devices will be over unity (develop more power than apparently is consumed) by using generally renewable cosmic energy sources. In this way 'free' or very low cost renewable clean energy may be made available to humanity at large. This mission may thus fulfill a major requirement to enable humanity to move towards the Golden Age.

These devices will include but not be limited to making use of gravity, anti-gravity, electromagnetic, electronic, magnetic, water, hydrogen, oxygen, zero point or vacuum or radiant energy and/or cold fusion and may also include other potential sources of cosmic energy. The group will be formed by a core of active participating members who will be responsible for all group decisions.

The group will be positive and supportive and no coercion will be used and will encourage 'out of the box' thinking.

Each person will bring constructive complimentary resources to the group including enthusiasm, expertise, their time, technical skills and materials and machines, money, premises etc. etc. The group in general will interact freely and share information and resources with all and any persons and organizations that have similar aims to the group.

The transmutation of matter into electrical energy can be made to occur through the atomic dissociating power of high frequency radiant energy. The wavelength of radiant energy must be beyond the visible light-waves to harness the energy that is stored in ordinary matter. The process is more efficient and cleaner than what is presently in use today. It is virtually unlimited and is relatively free. This type of electric power generation is safer than any other known method of energy production. We need this free energy source now more than ever because we are running out of time. A striking feature, that anyone who starts to digress into unconventional research or the free energy area notes, is the immense amount of unstructured information. To get a grasp of the field is rather difficult. In order to assist 'navigation' in the free energy jungle, here are a couple of maps of phenomena and inventions. The maps are by no means complete but, maybe, can help you to get an overview.
 

Though it sometimes seems to fall in the realm of science fiction more than pure science, aviation-technology journalist Nick Cook's intriguing tale involves the long quest to develop antigravity vehicles and the sometimes eccentric characters who have played a part in it: Nazi rocket engineers, backyard inventors, NASA scientists, conspiracy theorists, and UFO watchers among them. The last group figures, Cook explains, because the ideal craft for "electrogravitic reaction" would take the form of a disc, a design consideration seen in the shape of current stealth aircraft. It could just be, the author suggests, that what witnesses have taken to be flying saucers might instead be antigravity-aircraft prototypes, though he cautions that "the subject is too complex ... to conform to a single explanation."

Richard Clem's rotational engine

Although I do not have any information on Clem or his device, I would like to comment on the principle of operation, which seems quite simple and straightforward to who has studied the writings of Viktor Schauberger, the Austrian naturalist and inventor.

Indeed Schauberger was working with vortex action in liquids (especially in water) and was finding effects that were at the time, and are still now, unexplainable with the normal principles of physics or thermodynamics.

As far as I understand the engine made by Clem was built around a cone with spiralling channels cut into it and when a liquid, in that particular case vegetable oil, got pressed through the channels, they caused the cone to turn and at a certain point the flow of the liquid and the turning of the cone became self-sustaining, up to the point of putting out a good and heavy (350 HP for a 200 pound engine) power output.
