"Revolutionary"Farmer

France should have made it

France should have made it clearer that it is illegal to drive vegetable powered vechiles on public roads because no tax has been paid on fuel yet use of vegetable oil as fuel IS authorised while operating on farms, maybe the farmer had got confused. France did not apply the European law, which they should have being the fact that they are part of Europe.
